Strengths Finder 2.0

This book has a short beginning which presents the story that maybe we can't all be whatever we want, and improving all our weeknesses may not be the answer to our success. The book precludes its introduction by stating instead we should become familiar with our individual strengths and learn to utilize and build upon these.

So, the book has three parts: Introduction, One Online Test (takes about 30-35 minutes), and a table of contents of possible strengths. Each strength is described and defined in several pages and the author gives several meaningful ways to utilize the strength.

It was a reccomendation, and i'm really glad to have taken... and hope to share with others!

My Top 5 strengths were:

Learner
Responsibility
Empathy
Individualization
Input
